Forestry Yachts manufactures classic style motor yachts that feature a hybrid electric/diesel drive system and solar power technology. Inspired by the Canadian forestry boats of the 1920’s and 1930’s, the boats will be built with wood composite construction and emulate the classic style of early 20th century vintage “bridgedeck” cruisers.
Forestry Yachts is on the leading edge of the fast-growing trend toward environmental conservation and the use of alternative fuel sources. Our customers will be among the first to participate in the use of hybrid electric power and alternative fuel sources on the water, and are people who are motivated by social consciousness as much, if not more than the economic issue of high fuel prices.
